We were asked to deliver internal refurbishment works at an office in London used by Jacobs Holding, a global professional investment firm. The office is situated on Stratton Street in London’s most exclusive luxury Mayfair district of the City of Westminster.
We installed new glazed partition meeting rooms which required the movement of mechanical and electrical systems to accommodate the new layout. We installed a new communal tea point/kitchen area for the office and installed new flooring finishes throughout. We also provided a plaster polished feature wall, decorations throughout and the installation of acrylic signage.
We allocated a dedicated and highly trained team of quality trades operatives to the project, experienced in delivering similar office refurbishment projects, who carefully coordinated the works. The building was a hive of activity which required careful planning, with particular attention paid to health and safety and high-quality, zero defects completion of works.
Our site management team worked with the client and their customer to deliver a unique office space for the modern day, including all the amenities office workers expect from a modern building. The design, decoration and colours were chosen with Jacobs Holding to best portray their brand and successfully created a modern and fresh-looking office space that you would expect to find within the iconic Mayfair district.
