Magenta Living is the largest registered housing provider in Wirral and is a not-for-profit organisation, owning and managing 13,000 properties. Employing 500 staff, Magenta Living makes a significant impact as a local employer. We were very pleased to secure this 12-month contract with Magenta Living providing:

Trident has a proven track record of delivering Class 0 and EN Class B Fire Retardant Coating Systems and Fire Upgrades combined with estate improvement projects across the Housing Sector.
We worked closely with Magenta Living to ensure that we completed the scope of works to the highest standards while keeping the disruption to the tenants to an absolute minimum.
To ensure we achieved the highest standards of quality, the Site Supervisor completed daily quality reviews and met weekly with Magenta Living’s surveying team. As a result of our quality and our attention to detail we were very pleased to receive extra works to the original scope that included fire safety improvement works.
