In 2018, we successfully secured a six-year contract with Imagile to provide pre-paint repairs, internal and external painting and decorating and refurbishment works to their property portfolio, of both modern-built and historic buildings, consisting of NHS hospitals, schools, colleges, prisons, MOD buildings and commercial buildings.

To achieve the required standards, tight programmes and deliveries, we select our operatives based on their technical skills, both multi-trade and single trade. We provide complete flexibility in delivery due to Imagile’s changing needs and we bulk buy the key products/colours in advance to reduce costs and delays.
We have created regional delivery teams (focused on the region) made of sub-teams (focused on specific individual sites) with a hierarchy management team. We have found that a flat management structure allows for clarity and speed with a single point of contact, ensuring we achieve the desired outcomes of the contract as required by Imagile.
We hold weekly informal site meetings with Imagile’s Clerk of Works to discuss quality, safety and performance. We hold full monthly Core Group meetings with key stakeholders to discuss all aspects of the contract, including budget and finance. Actions are agreed and reviewed at the weekly meeting which creates a cycle of events that progresses the works, with control across a large geographical area whilst allowing us to own delivery.
Imagile’s health and safety consultants carry out weekly safety audits across all the sites. Our site team have scored an impressive overall score of 94%, against the target of 90%.
