10 Years
In 2019, we were pleased to secure a potential 10-year housing, £400k pa housing maintenance contract with Homes in Sedgemoor, through their partner Engie. Engie were looking for an experience painting contract with a proven track record in the Housing Sector.
We work closely with Homes in Sedgemoor to ensure we completed each phase of the project to their tight programme while keeping the disruption to the residents to a minimum. Continuous RLO updates and letters kept the community aware of each stage of the process including regular RLO meetings to discuss colour options, KPIs and security procedures and for the community to ask questions and to raise their own concerns.
All aspects of the work have detailed safety procedures, comprehensive sets of RAMs and safe systems of COVID-19 social distancing measures. Each property has a full asbestos survey prior to commencement of the works.
All operatives are DBS/safeguarding checked prior to entering site with comprehensive training covering Asbestos Awareness, Face Fit Mask Testing, Working at Height, PASMA and IPAF.
To ensure a smooth execution the works we work closely with the Engie Property Team and attend monthly progress meetings where all aspects of the contract are discussed. To date there has not been a single complaint, and this shows in our high KPI scores achieving over 98% customer satisfaction on quality, communication, and delivery.
