We work closely with Homes in Sedgemoor to ensure we completed each phase of the project to their tight programme while keeping the disruption to the residents to a minimum. Continuous RLO updates and letters kept the community aware of each stage of the process including regular RLO meetings to discuss colour options, KPIs and security procedures and for the community to ask questions and to raise their own concerns.
All aspects of the work have detailed safety procedures, comprehensive sets of RAMs and safe systems of COVID-19 social distancing measures. Each property has a full asbestos survey prior to commencement of the works.

To ensure a smooth execution the works we work closely with the Engie Property Team and attend monthly progress meetings where all aspects of the contract are discussed.
