We delivered internal and external painting and decorating works and associated pre-paint repairs/renewals to approximately 500 properties, comprising a mixture of houses, bungalows, maisonettes and low, mid and high-rise blocks of flats. The contract supported a wide variety of end users including LD schemes, Aged Persons schemes, Tenants at Risk portfolios, Young Persons and Crisis Housing.
Internal and external decoration was carried out to all previously painted elements – externally, this included painting and repairs to render, fences, handrails, gates, windows, doors and rooflines. We also carried out handrail/balustrade design and installation, fencing renewals, canopy renewals and window and door renewals. Internal decoration was applied using bespoke specified fire rated products with additional technical support and certification from the suppliers. We used sustainably sourced, extended lifecycle paints to maximise the client's budget and to increase the cost efficiency of the contract.
We managed all asset priority portfolio, technical support, asbestos identification, surveying, programming, planning, access requirements, mobilisation, Covid considerations, risk identification/mitigation, programme delivery, health and safety, quality assurance and financial submissions.
