Our safe systems of work meet all the requirements of CDM 2015 as a Principal Contractor and Contractor. We ensure that all projects are delivered to the highest levels of Health and Safety standards, to both occupied and non-occupied premises. We recognise our responsibility for the safety and welfare of our employees, customers, clients and the public who may come into contact with our works.
Health & Safety in the workplace is an integral part of our business and starts with a comprehensive Risk Assessment completed as part of the planning phase of every project. We proactively eliminate risks through strong management, staff training and operating to current best practice.
All staff complete mandatory annual Health & Safety training specific to their role and attend performance reviews including regular Toolbox Talks and Safety Days to consistently strengthen a deep understanding of the Health and Safety considerations associated with their roles.
We are members of the Scottish Decorators Federation (SDF) and the Painting and Decorating Association (PDA) to certify that we remain well-informed of any changes in legislation which ensures that we continuously improve.
