We received the Winner award in the Residential Category at the PDA's Premier Trophy Awards for the delivery of our project at Moriconium Quay for client Winkle-Bottom Chartered Surveyors. This project saw us deliver external redecorations and repairs at Moriconium Quay - a private gated development of town houses and apartments surrounding a private marina located on the shore of Poole Harbour. The judges commented: “This high-class marina and housing complex has been redecorated to a very high standard. Numerous repairs were required to the walls and masonry areas. The finished job had a seamless finish. A job well worth visiting - the judges were extremely impressed.”
